I’m so honoured to share this recent conversation I had with my friend, Lindsay Delphine Dawn, whose debut book “Diary of a Dolphin Dreamer: A Journey into the Realm of Higher Dimensional Living” was just released on July 22, 2025.

As we talked, a recurring theme of healing emerged. Lindsay speaks about the emotional pain Mother Earth carries and how, for her, healing begins by returning to the ocean—where all life began. She acknowledges that each person’s path to healing is different, but for her, the water and the dolphins are an undeniable source of wisdom, frequency, and restoration.

She also shares about swimming with her daughters and the sacred way communication happens between them and the dolphins—especially through the experience of witnessing sacred geometry in motion. It’s a beautiful reminder of the intuitive awareness children often carry, and how easily they can tap into realms beyond words when we let them.

I was drawn to interview Lindsay not only because I’m personally called to help bring ancient elemental energies back to Earth, but because she’s already doing it. Her courage to follow her inner voice and share something so personal through this book is truly inspiring. Lindsay doesn’t second-guess the messages she receives—and her radiance and light are absolutely palpable. I could feel her glowing through the screen.
