I wanted to share a quick look at a little stack of maritime-themed finds currently in my collection—books and binders I haven’t had time to post individually yet, but that felt too good not to highlight. If something catches your eye, feel free to reach out and ask about it!
Here’s what’s in the pile:

• A 1915 memorial copy of The Tragedy of the Lusitania – in beautiful condition
(P.S. In the video I accidentally say 1950—my dyscalculia likes to keep things interesting.)
• British Columbia Shipwrecks by T.W. Paterson (1976) and Shipwrecks of British Columbia by Fred Rogers (1973, First Edition) – both in excellent condition with their original dustjackets
• A 1953 string-bound binder of The Queen’s Regulations and Admiralty Instructions, labeled “The Loxonbar Loose-Leaf Binder” – a wonderfully preserved glimpse into Royal Navy history
• And lastly, a striking leather-bound India Steamship Company Limited binder, held together with metal bolts and titled “Service Regulations” – an unusual and certainly rare piece

I’ll be posting one of these individually soon. And on a side note—I’m almost finished carving a blue onyx Rune Set, which I’ll be sharing soon as well over on Ash Tree Runes (click here to see video) , a little branch of Ash Tree Books 🌿
Thanks for being here and supporting all the fascinating, beautiful, time-travel-y pieces of history I love to uncover 💙
